Technology Commercial Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the preparation and coordination of annual company rolling forecast for Headcount, Capital expenses & Operational expenses
• Review performance against forecasts and prepare variation, highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected variance monthly and present the findings during business meetings
• Ensure financial processes are adhered to around vendor contract negotiations & agreements
• Facilitate purchase order process, capitalization process, and general ledger coding
• Prepare finance policies & user guides, and provide training to the Product Owners, Service Owners & Leadership team.
• Assist with annual financial audit for both projects & technology operational expenses.
• Prepare month end accruals, journal transfer, project capitalization and project contractors reallocation reports to Finance
• Ensure all the people & project related information are captured & maintained in the project portfolio management workbook
• Provide year to date project spend analysis including Benefits realization for monthly meetings with the onshore
• Assist with Project financial set-up & closure

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Information Technology
• At least 2-4 years of working experience in a similar role
• Must have Project Management Qualification
• Must have experience with the financials of technology company
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Positive disposition and can-do attitude
• Keen attention to details
• Ability to work well within a team environment
