About the job HR Business Partner
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the company achieves its corporate HR objectives including the successful recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of staff while maintaining strong industry relations and updated compliance to Philippine labour standards
- Plan and organize company events, functions, and other employee engagement related activities
- Conduct regular 1:1 check ins with staff and leaders
- Work with the leadership to develop and implement the infrastructure in terms of people strategies and initiatives to help drive staff engagement, including benefits, reward and recognition, surveys and culture
- Conduct continuous audit of HR processes and policies around Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Data Management
- Assist with the monitoring of shared inbox and ensure that employee concerns are properly addressed
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Proven experience in HR management, particularly in Business Partnering, Employee Engagement and events organizing
- Exposure to business partnering and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Positive disposition and can-do attitude
- Keen attention to details
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
