RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct pipeline follow up on consumer leads and engage with customers and introducers via phone and email
  • Collection of required documentation to assist with originating a loan and submit application for credit assessment
  • Ensure final checks are conducted prior to finalization of loan documents
  • Prepare application for settlements as per process and within service levels
  • Conduct website searches to ensure introducer and supplier information are updated
  • Ensure accuracy of all information entered into the system
  • Ensure all existing introducers business contact details are current and all changes required are made in a timely manner
  • Create introducer profiles in CRM system

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Demonstrated experience in loan administration for a minimum of 1 year
  • Experience working in an Australian Financial Services environment will be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
