Project Quality & Safety Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Document control and filling of shipboard ISM Checklist, ISM Manual, ISM Procedure, Revision, Internal Audit Report, External Audit Report, Memo, Safety Ship Bulletin, Inter-Office Communication and etc.
• Preparation of MEMO, Safety Ship Bulletin, Inter Office Communication, Revision, Internal/External Audit Report and etc as directed.
• Take notes during the investigation team forum and prepare an investigation report
• Collect the Safety Committee meeting checklist and report the shipboard needs and follow-up requirements
• Assist the Safety and Quality Officer to maintain the list of documents retained in the office
• Assist the Safety and Quality Officer in the documentation of the internal and external report

Qualifications:

• BS Management Graduate / BS Engineering Graduate
• Knowledge of shipping "ISM" International Safety Management
• Proficient in English and preparation of Memo, Safety Bulletin and etc.,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint & Etc.)
• Skills in computer and document controller
• Proficient in English/Cebuano or Tagalog.
