About the job Copywriter

The Copy Writer will be an integral part of our overall content marketing efforts to support the Marketing Team in achieving unified, cohesive, and powerful PSACC Brand Marketing Communications. He or She will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging content in digital/online or hard copy/printed posts, branded articles, landing page content, and other marketing collaterals. Moreover, he or She will be performing basic research when needed and have the ability to craft engaging content that is industry-specific and tailored to reach specific audiences.

Job Description:

  • Write original and/or edit content for, but not limited to, Corporate Marketing, Social Media, Website, and Communications Materials to targeted audiences to help increase conversions.
  • Ensure content is on-brand, on-point, and consistent with the project's communication strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams from concept development to delivery of a final product.
  • Research and understand the company's branding needs with target audiences.
  • Prepare content for posting across other different platforms and ensure everything in the content follow platform guidelines respectively.
  • In-tune and open to learning more about our overall content marketing efforts to help us provide the best product possible to both internal and external customers.
  • Report to Marketing Manager in a timely manner and collaborate with other members of our Marketing team to ensure that all content is on target and optimized for specific audiences.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in copy and technical writing. The candidate must have experience working with multiple deadlines, products, and teams.
  • Capable of reading between the lines to identify information that needs further explanation or clarification. Accountable for checking all the content being advertised is truthful and complies with codes of advertising practice.
  • Responsible for checking and proofreading one's own work in terms of spelling, grammar, and content before submission to the Marketing Manager.

Competency & Skills:

  • Excellent in copywriting and content creation
  • Excellent in proofreading and branding
  • Experience and knowledge in Social Media content creation and Digital Marketing
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
  • Reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent Eye for detail, time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Understands SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other online channels (more than Shopee, Lazada, Etc.)
  • Active in Online / Digital Marketing
  • Experience in B2B marketing and leads generation is a plus
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills
  • Strong presentation skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication Arts, Mass Communications, and other related courses
  • Over 3-5 years of experience in Copy/Technical Writing and Content Creation
  • Experience in developing & executing Digital Plans and Programs to develop pipelines and deliver revenues
  • Understanding of Marketing principles, theories, tools, and techniques
  • Must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila (temporary hybrid work set-up)
