The Trade Services Junior Manager will work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager in driving PSACCs brand and business development programs and contribute to the companys overall growth and market share. The incumbent will be leading in working with all channels in driving the PSACCs marketing objectives and executing marketing plans and programs ground, on-site, in branches, or with Customer groups and the target market.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement amplification plans and programs for Trade Services / Trade Marketing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to define target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and promotional activities to be implemented within specific channels.
- Formulates sales-generating programs in support of identified seasonal programs and special events in cooperation and or coordination with the Marketing Manager and ensures effective implementation at the Branch.
- Monitors and evaluates local competitive efforts and impact on the PSACC Branch and recommends appropriate action to counteract as needed.
- Analyzes and evaluates the branches' consolidated reports on the following: Sales, Products, Channels, Promotions, Trade Area Intelligence, Consumer Behavior, and Competitor Analysis.
- Coordinate with sales teams, branch teams, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of promotions at the point of sale.
- Evaluate and undertake recommendations and or approval of local or Branch marketing programs and activities and monitor implementation to ensure that said programs are following established marketing policies and guidelines
- Coordinate merchandising activities to enhance the visibility of PSACC Brand.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including, Marketing, Sales Support, Shore Operations and other divisions, to meet and improve the service value that PSACC provides to the clients.
- Recognize customer needs and get insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 5 years of responsible, progressively, and challenging positions in Marketing/Trade Marketing.
- Experience in brand marketing campaigns, trade marketing, services and merchandising.
- Experience in Performance and Experiential Marketing
- Experience in B2B marketing and leads generation is a plus
- Can easily adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Non - compromising work standards, integrity, and ethical practices
- Works well under pressure
- Willing to work onsite
