Responsible for the process improvement, change management, re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct modernization projects across the organization and company employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Process Improvement & Re-Engineering Methodologies

  • Develop modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements for the continuous improvement
  • Monitor the continuous improvement across the management organization
  • Facilitate the activity in identifying process improvement opportunities, redesigning processes, establishing organization support and executing approved process
  • Manage key stakeholders engagement and relationship building related to the
    identified opportunities for process and service improvements
  • Support the success of a high-performing organization by helping to champion
    process improvement practices and culture
  • Lead the support building a high-performance culture via assigned process such as performance measurement, people development, customer relationship management and etc. by implementing programs and tools
  • Provide business process management expertise to staff engagements and project work streams
  • Responsible providing guidance and advice to senior leaders and officers on the most effective and efficient use of resources in ensuring positive & measurable outcomes
  • Maintain inventory of business processes and coordination of updates with various departments
  • Review & maintain the development of policies and procedures necessary in supporting success of processes
  • Adopt a culture-based process by performing communication, customer relationship management, performance management & measurement, knowledge management and people management

Change Management

  • Collaborating with management to gather and analyze operational information
  • Prepare the change management strategies in reducing expenses, increasing revenue and maximizing efficiency
  • Conduct survey with staff members in identifying, managing and anticipating the level of resistance from change
  • Design communication and training plans in enabling smooth implementation of the strategy
  • Track the implementation progress and report to management
  • Coach leaders of the company and supervisors in the execution of communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineer or Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years of organization development or business systems analyst experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal personality and engagement skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
  • Can work under pressure and someone who have passion organizing processes
  • Advance Excel Skills, Visio & Microsoft Tools
  • Strong analytical thinking skills

Schedule and Work Setup: M-F 8:00 AM to 6:40PM; 100% onsite.

Work Location: Binondo Manila
