Job Description:

  • To support and assist the technical service manager for workshops and documentation.
  • Responsible for the NetSuite software, and inventory maintenance and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • In charge of workshop inventory of spare parts and consumables.
  • In charge of requesting workshop needs like tools, consumables, and others.
  • Perform the shipboard required documents for shipyard anchorage and dry-docking repairs.
  • To assist and prepare maintenance personnel for encoding work done service report /workshop.
  • Will handle Netsuite software for requesting workshop needs and workshop inventory.
  • Conducting the ToolBox meeting workshop
  • Monitoring activity work schedule
  • Checking and monitoring Job Orders
  • Execution of accurate accomplishment report based on Job Orders
  • Coordinate with the mechanical maintenance officer for major equipment breakdowns
  • Respond to a query via Email & Phone
  • Perform other duties assigned by the technical service manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Licensed Mechanical Engineer is required
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and familiar with NetSuite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
