This position will be responsible for managing, developing, and processing assigned addressable spend categories. In addition, contributes to the overall profitability of Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corp. (PSACC) through category sourcing strategies and initiatives.

Job Description:

• Manages Bunkering and Fuel requirements of PSACC
• Generates on-time and accurate Purchase Orders based on the approved Purchase Requisition
• Ensures delivery of the goods and services ordered by liaising with Fuel Suppliers, Receivers, and concerned stakeholders
• Organizes and maintains an efficient requisition, purchase order and reporting system
• Monitors and follow up on Approval of Purchase Orders, if necessary
• Ensures timely sending of all and only approved Purchase Orders to respective suppliers
• Assists in the resolution of procurement and supplier concerns (i.e. requests, payment, etc)
• Manages local budgets and contributes to Company targets
• Ensures (sourcing, purchasing, company) Procedures and Policies adherence
• Keeps the Procurement Manager informed of all Procurement concerns and important issues
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or any related courses.
• With five (5) years relevant work experience in the same capacity
• A procurement and Logistics background is an advantage
• IT Systems / Programs Savvy (Spreadsheets, Powerpoint, Word, ERP)
