About the job Project Manager
Job Function:
1. Handles Renovation Project.
2. Develop project timelines, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure project completion within timeline& budget.
3.Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and Target deliverables.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively developing contingency plans to minimize project impact
5. Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing performance feedback.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in project management.
3. Proven experience managing projects within time and budget constraints.
4.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
