Crane Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor leads and supervises all aspects of maintenance job orders and operations, mechanical component maintenance and repair as well as managing a team of technicians and providing

leadership and guidance.

He / she is required to troubleshoot and examine equipment, remove, and install components, and conduct other

tasks. Additionally, the incumbent oversees the overhauling of electrical systems and components both onboard

ships and workshop activities, and delivering data thorough reports with findings, actions, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• An associates degree in mechanical engineering is preferred, or a high school diploma with recognized college training
• At least 4-5 years experience in servicing/maintenance of heavy mechanical equipment, preferably shipboard cranes.
• A strong focus on PMS and routine maintenance
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and components
