About the job Learning and Development Specialist
General Functions:
The Learning & Development Officer is in-charge of implementing learning interventions focused on Soft Skills Trainings to equip talents with new knowledge, skills, and capabilities to improve their job performance and, therefore, the business performance as a whole. The incumbent ensures that learning interventions are designed according to the specific requirements of the individual learners within the assigned unit (whether by level, program type, function, or combination), thereby facilitating the development of the employees and their ability to contribute to the organization.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related courses.
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years experience in a relevant role in Learning & Development.
