Electrical Maintenance Specialist
About the job Electrical Maintenance Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hydraulic and electrical repairs as well as preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues with the electrical system of diesel engines, hydraulic, and transmission systems.
- Determine parts and tools are necessary to make repairs
- Maintain LBE in its optimum condition
- Works and collaborates with LBE operators and other technicians
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Train electrical technicians through buddy system
- Perform and lead equipment overhauling
- Recondition parts assembly for spare parts availability
- Assist vendors or service provider's repair or maintenance activities
- Validate vendor's assessment before they recommend electrical/electromechanical parts and services needed
- Recommend and identify parts for replacement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment, trucks, and diesel engine
- Graduate in Automotive Course or any Vocational/Technical school
- At least 10 years of technical experience in heavy equipment, hydraulic, and transmission system.
- NCII certification is an advantage
