The Sales Support is responsible for assisting the PSACC Sales Specialist (special services/ RKA) in ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. The incumbent handles the documentations, customer communication, operation coordination and other related sales activities.

CORE FUNCTION :

  • 1. Prepare the list of confirmed shipments for PRE-ADVISE Notice and input in the MNHPI application.
  • 2. Prepare change draft for all pier transactions
  • 3. In-charge for Online Payment System (OPS) for port charges and other necessary charges for Northport
  • 4. Prepares monitoring report for all OPS payment and change draft made everyshift
  • 5. Coordinates with Operations team for vessel visit changes if there's any
  • 6. Assist other tasks assigned for sales support team.
