Warehouse System Controller

Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse Automated Control System Controller (SERTICA):

• 100% Monitoring and managing of warehouse automated control systems (SERTICA). Monitor and sort out list of all open and approved Purchase Requisitions for conversion; Monitor the flow of inventory within a companys distribution center(s);

• Identify the availability of the orders through Sertica System;

• Serve as an informational hub for materials knowledge in the company. Generate a daily report per end user (Section).

• Daily monitoring of received purchase requests per end user. Daily monitoring of approved and rejected Purchase Requests. 

Administration and Coordination:

• Ensure proper warehouse and end user coordination and day-to-day administrative support to warehouse operations. Create Orders for non-inventory stocks;

• Create Transfer Order for inventory stocks;

• Keep the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and feed data to Supply Chain & Inventory Analyst of all request of purchase concerns and lead time; Serve as an informational hub for materials knowledge in the company;

• Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time; Update end users on the progress of their Open Requisitions.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with 2 to 3 years experience in a relevant role in Warehouse/Procurement / Logistics and / or Transport/Demand Planning. 
• Skilled Required: Decision making and problem-solving skills;
• Being able to communicate, listen to instructions and give feedback, good communication skills; Ability to organize documents both soft and hard copy. Organizational, planning and time management skills. Diligent with great attention to detail. Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills to proactively manage project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans. With Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.

• Male or Female not more than 35 years of age
• Medically fit and have good eyesight Amenable to working on shifting schedules
• Can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Available to work on weekdays, Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
