The Digital Marketing Junior Manager will be PSACCs Social Media Champion and will manage various paid search engines, digital newspapers, and magazines, paid social campaigns, and social media accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

The incumbent will be partnering with various cross-functional teams, from marketing brief to execution, and succeed as an overall administrator for socials and the website. To promote development and exceptional performance, the incumbent will be creative and possess digital skills and talents to implement, optimize, and carry out online marketing communication projects.


Job Description:

  1. Responsible for the designs, builds, and maintains PSACCs social media presence, aligned with the Sales and Marketing goals and objectives.
  2. Planning and managing the digital marketing plans and branding across all channels.
  3. Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for the short as well as the long term digitally.
  4. Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts and prepare reports and necessary actions.
  5. Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, and internal and external stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  6. Overseeing and coordinating the efforts of the digital marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • With 5 years of responsible, progressively, and challenging positions in Marketing/Digital Marketing
  • Strong Marketing Management skills, Campaign Management, and Lead Generation skills with a track record of successfully managing complex campaigns and events from concept to execution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Can easily adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Willing to work onsite (Binondo, Manila)
