The National Key Account Sales Support (NKASS) provides administrative support to the National Key Account Managers (NKAM) and ensures that all clients concerns and operational issues are attended to in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure to provide sales support to the NKAM
- Complete client booking requirements received via online, phone, email or any other direct messaging platforms
- Ensure compliance of requirement and adherence to port protocols to facilitate proper processing of client booking and avoid any delays in shipments
- Provide clients with an update on shipment status thru sending of shipment tracking report or calling directly the local branches for real-time update
- Responsible for timely submission of unwithdrawn containers report of and remind clients compliance on agreed storage policy

- Respond to customer concerns and proactively escalate issues to NKAM when necessary
- Coordinate with transport team and other internal stakeholders on the status of pick up and deliveries of both Southbound and Northbound transactions of the clients
- Coordinate with VISMIN branches on behalf of the client regarding delivery and any potential after-sales concern
- Proactively inform clients of unforeseen delays or any other operational issues
- Help NKAM in generating and sending of bill of lading to the client as requested
- Assist on manifest correction to ensure accuracy of bill of lading
To maintain or lower down the client claim by setting standards on checking both in stuffing up the delivery at destination.
- Coordinate with the Claims Team in the investigation of the claim and determine the validity, reviewing supporting documents and checking the evidence.
- Support the National Key Account Manager in coordinating the plan and execution of actions for the claims/damages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Management, Entrepreneur or other related courses
- With at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service in the field of logistics, supply chain
- Customer Service
- Communication skills
- With result-oriented mindset
- A deep understanding of the industry in which the organization operates
- Organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Diligent with great attention to detail.
