About the job Customer Care
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Know basic customer inquiries: vessel schedules, tariff rates and others
- Assists customer with replacement of orders, refunds and others
- Track and trace shipments as required. Ensuring timely movement and delivery status of freight to destination.
- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits.
- Recommend potential service to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Will conduct booking and pre-advise
- Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- A graduate of a 4-year degree course
- At least 2 years experience as a costumer service representative
- Amenable to work on Monday-Saturday working schedule
- Willing to work in Manila Office
- Can work under pressure and follow instructions
- Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have reliable working attitude
