As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced M&E Site Manager to lead our site teams across a range of commercial and industrial projects.

This is a non-working Site Manager position. Your focus will be on leading people, coordinating trades, managing health and safety, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully—not working on the tools.

The Role

As the M&E Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing mechanical and electrical installation teams on site
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
• Planning and monitoring daily site operations
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
• Leading daily briefings and toolbox talks
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality
• Liaising with Project Managers, clients, consultants and principal contractors
• Managing site documentation, RAMS, permits and progress reporting
• Monitoring productivity and resolving site issues quickly and professionally
• Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring installations meet specification
• Supporting apprentices and developing site teams

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager who:

• Has previous experience managing M&E projects within commercial or industrial environments
• Is a confident leader with excellent organisational skills
• Can coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
• Has a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations
• Is proactive, professional and solutions-focused
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is committed to delivering projects safely and to a high standard
• Is willing to travel and work on projects across the UK

Essential Qualifications

• SMSTS
• CSCS Black, Gold or Manager Card
• First Aid at Work
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• IOSH or NEBOSH
• Temporary Works Awareness
• Asbestos Awareness
• Previous experience on commercial, industrial or large-scale M&E projects
