Project Manager

 Job Description:

Our client is looking for a new Project Manager to oversee some of their new projects that have been secured. 

The responsibilities are to take a project from design stage and direct the project team of designers, engineers, site supervisors and sub contractors. 

The role requires the candidate to have a technical and commercial experience to ensure the projects are delivered safely, to budget and on time.

Experience/Roles:

  • Proven experience in running small to medium size contracts
  • HVAC experience
  • Self Motivation and Independent
  • It Skills Excel, Project and Word
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Carrying out risk assessments and method statements
  • Attending progress and programme meetings
  • Monthly commercial applications
  • Issuing technical submittals in co-operation with the design team
  • Monitoring sub-contractors
  • Quality control
