Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Manage and lead the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  2. Own all sales KPIs and assign them appropriately.
  3. Expand the team by recruiting top sales talent.
  4. Handle enterprise and top-account deals.
  5. Foster long-lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their unique needs and how our products can revolutionize their operations.
  6. Mentor and guide a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and celebrating every victory.
  7. Keep a pulse on industry trends, ensuring that Proxidize remains at the forefront of networking solutions.
  8. Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams, providing insights that can shape the next generation of our offerings.
