Who you are:

You are a seasoned UX designer who is passionate about crafting exceptional digital user experiences. You have the expertise to partner with our customers, helping them identify and design their vision for their software applications. You ensure they can effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily achieve their goals, driving business growth for Provoke. You will be working across a variety of industries and domains, including both web and mobile applications.

What you will be doing:

• Lead strategic decision-making with insights from qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Align customer systems with business plans and strategies, adding a human perspective.
• Guide clients in envisioning their product and demonstrate how proposed designs fulfill this vision.
• Ensure designs are adaptable, accessible, and user-focused, measured through task accomplishment and feedback.
• Provide insights by analyzing trends in technology and human behavior.
• Create deliverables like site maps, wireframes, and task flows to communicate solutions effectively.
• Develop user scenarios, information structures, and prototypes to guide project specifications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• work with our junior UX designers to craft dynamic solutions across web and mobile apps.

What you will need:

• Extensive applied knowledge of relevant design tools such as; Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, Adobe Suite general OR equivalent design tools.
• A design-related tertiary qualification
• 3 + years experience working within an IT or vendor environment.
• Experience working within an Agile software delivery environment
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• A current portfolio that showcases your talent and examples of your work.
