What a Day in the Life of our Modern Workplace Team could look like

You log in for the day, coffee in hand, ready to kick off a discovery session with a new client. Theyve been struggling with disconnected systems and outdated workflows, and its your job to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and map out a modern solution that makes their work life better.

Next, you jump into a solution design workshop with a team of engineers, bringing your expertise to the table. You're the bridge between business needs and technical capability, translating challenges into innovative, user-friendly solutions.

After lunch, spot of Sushi or a Burger, youre jumping into the Power Platforms arena building a solution to streamline approvals for a customer, review a prototype, and fine-tune a Dynamics 365 CE solution. Before wrapping up, you check in with the rest of the team, offering guidance on a tricky integration issue, because you love sharing knowledge and seeing others succeed...

What Were Looking For

Strong consulting chops You know how to listen, ask great questions, and guide customers towards the right solution (not just the one they think they want).
Hands-on experience with M365, Power Platform, and D365 You can design and implement modern workplace solutions that improve collaboration, automation, and customer engagement.
Problem-solving mindset You dont just fix issues; you anticipate them and proactively design solutions that work now and in the future.
Excellent communication skills Whether it's leading a client workshop, writing up a solution design, or presenting ideas to stakeholders, you can explain complex concepts in a way that makes sense.
Certifications? Even better! If you have Microsoft certs in M365, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 (PL-100, PL-200, MB-210, MB-220, or equivalent), thats a huge plus!
