About the job Automation & Modern Workplace Consultant
We're on the hunt for someone early in their automation career who's enthusiastic, curious, and great to work with. You'll have a good head on your shoulders, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in figuring things out rather than waiting for answers.
This is an ideal opportunity if you're keen to learn new technology and develop your skills in low/no-code platforms. You might come from a range of backgrounds – desktop or application support, modern workplace, software engineering, testing, business systems, or IT operations. If you're logical, inquisitive, and motivated to grow, this role could be a brilliant next step.
You might already have some exposure to Nintex, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, or Power Apps. If not, that's okay. Nintex is very similar to Power Automate and Forms, and we'll give you time, training, and support to get up to speed quickly.
Right now, we have a strong pipeline of work helping organisations migrate from legacy Nintex Workflows and similar systems to Nintex Automation Cloud. Many of these customers have been using Nintex for years, so the work is interesting and varied, with just enough complexity to keep you learning and you'll be part of a team that knows this space well.
One of our upcoming projects involves public sector work and requires New Zealand citizenship.
What we're looking for
-
A logical, inquisitive mindset and a genuine desire to learn
-
Someone who enjoys problem-solving and takes ownership of outcomes
-
Exposure to one or more of: Nintex, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, M365, testing, support, or development tools
-
An interest in how businesses work and how technology can make things better
-
Clear communication and a positive, collaborative attitude
If you're excited by the idea of building smart, practical automations that make peoples working lives easier, and you're keen to rapidly grow your skillset in low/no-code, we'd love to hear from you.
