As part of our mission, we're looking for a Back-End / ML Engineer who thrives in the intersection of complex systems and cutting-edge machine learning.   • Develop Robust Systems: Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end systems that serve as the foundation for our AI projects.
  • Innovate with ML: Apply machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve challenging problems, contributing directly to our trading (and AGI) efforts.
  • Optimize Performance: Ensure the high performance and responsiveness of our systems, optimizing for both speed and scalability.

Who You Are:

Experienced Engineer: You have a strong background in back-end development, with proficiency in languages and frameworks relevant to our stack. Minimum two years of experience, and proficiency in Python.

  • ML Savvy: You bring hands-on experience with machine learning, familiar with both the theoretical aspects and practical implementation of ML algorithms.
  • Problem Solver: You excel at tackling complex technical challenges, breaking them down into manageable parts, and crafting effective solutions.
  • Team Collaborator: You're adept at working in multidisciplinary teams, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues in a small, remote team-based environment.
  • Continuous Learner: You have an insatiable curiosity for new technologies and methodologies, always looking to improve and innovate.
  • Detail-Oriented: You pay attention to the fine details, ensuring the quality and reliability of the systems you build.
