Investment Director, Private Equity Fund 

Our client, a private equity & special situations fund, is seeking to add an experienced and motivated PE Professional to join the investment team with across sectors.

Main responsibilities:

Lead M&A Transactions: Oversee the entire M&A process, including deal identification, negotiation, due diligence, documentation, and structuring.

Portfolio Management: Manage and enhance portfolio performance through value creation plans, strategic initiatives, and regular review of financial and operational metrics. Participate in board activities and liaise with C-level executives.

Due Diligence Coordination: Manage due diligence processes with external consultants, preparing necessary materials for commercial, financial, and legal reviews.

Analyst Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor analysts, promoting professional growth and learning.

Main requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. An MBA or CFA certification is highly desirable.

A minimum of 6-7 years in investment-related roles, with a strong emphasis on transactional experience for at least 3 years, preferably within private equity.

Professional Attributes: Capable of taking initiative and responsibility, demonstrating a proactive mindset in all tasks.
