Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR administration and occupational safety department (approximately 20 people).
  • Define development directions for the function and develop policies and procedures for the assigned area.
  • Support managers and HR Business Partners on labor legislation issues.
  • Participate in digital transformation projects of internal services as an expert.
  • Create and improve internal service practices.
  • Ensure scalability of the HR administration function in line with business growth.
  • Develop processes and implement changes in the HR function.
  • Develop and update local regulatory acts within your area of responsibility.
  • Develop the team and ensure high employee engagement in cross-functional interactions.
  • Generate necessary reports on staff movement.
  • Control compliance with labor law norms and timely reporting.
  • Interact with representatives of regulatory authorities in labor relations.
  • Prepare legal positions for labor disputes in collaboration with lawyers.
  • Manage the process of providing medical insurance (DMS, accident insurance, MMI) for company employees and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Manage the outsourcing process (procurement, support in DO).
  • Conduct internal audits of new legal entities during M&A transactions.
  • Manage the integration process of new legal entities into the company's perimeter.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a department of at least 10 people for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Experience in automating HR functions.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • High-level knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Successful experience in resolving labor disputes.
  • Proficient user of MS Office, required knowledge of 1C ZUP, 1C DO.
  • Qualities: customer-oriented, flexible, proactive, stress-resistant.
  • Experience working with military recruitment offices.
  • Experience in large companies in the IT and FMCG sectors.
