We are seeking an accomplished Investment Director with extensive experience in real estate investment and a proven track record in securing financing for large-scale projects. This role requires a visionary leader to drive strategic initiatives, attract investments, and manage relationships with financial institutions across Europe. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in German or Italian is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract investments for new and ongoing real estate projects, focusing on securing financing from European banks and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with European banks and financial institutions, navigating complex financial structures and regulatory requirements to secure funding for major construction ventures.
• Oversee financial analysis, investor relations, and coordination with banks to ensure seamless execution of financing strategies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive investment plans and financial models to stakeholders and investors, demonstrating a deep understanding of investment principles and risk management strategies.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for investment and financing in the real estate sector.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in finance, banking, or economics; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
• 10+ years of proven experience in real estate development with a strong track record of securing financing from European banks and financial institutions.
• Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and optimize project profitability.
• Proficient in English and fluent in German or Italian, with effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Previous experience in a senior management or directorial role, demonstrating the ability to handle challenging responsibilities and deliver exceptional results in investment and financing strategies.
