Corporate Finance Analyst

Company: a fast-growing IT company working with clients worldwide.

Location: preferably Europe, Russia is also acceptable, but willingness to relocate and periodic business trips are preferred. The role largely involves remote work, but depending on the location, office attendance may be required. Full-time position.

Responsibilities:
Creating and updating financial models in Excel.
Creating and updating presentation materials in MS PowerPoint.
Financial and analytical support for the budgeting process.
Preparing analytical materials for top management.
Interacting with departments and company accounting systems to obtain up-to date information.
Financial analysis of internal investment decisions.
Supporting financing deals and investor relations.

Requirements:
Financial/economic/technical education.
1-2 years relevant experience in investment funds/banks/consulting/in-house (corporate finance).
Experience in financial analysis, creating and reviewing financial investment
models, and involvement in financing activities.
Strong knowledge of accounting theory, corporate finance, and financial
investment analysis.
Critical thinking and a desire to verify the accuracy of information obtained.
Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent working proficiency in English.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and experience in BI systems will be a plus.
Participation in ACCA, CFA programs will be a plus.
