We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a prominent company in the medical device and consumables sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding market presence both domestically and internationally. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of the medical device industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to stimulate business growth and identify new opportunities for expansion.
• Enhance operational efficiency and market appeal of the business.
• Optimize company processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Expand into new markets and countries to increase market share and profitability.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the companys products and services.
• Maximize the benefits of the existing customer base to increase sales volume.
• Manage sales and customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Research and develop new market segments to expand the product line.
• Expand the dealer network and optimize logistics chains to improve distribution efficiency.
• Develop personnel management strategies, including hiring and developing key staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within FMCG companies, with a proven track record of successful business development and revenue growth. Previous positions: CEO, Director of Strategy and Business Development, Commercial Director, Executive Director.
• Experience in developing and leading a business to profitability.
• Proven success in managing a company.
• Experience in liaising with banks, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
• Proven track record of building and managing effective, high-performing teams.
• Experience and knowledge of international markets are advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain business relationships at various levels.
• Flexibility, adaptability, proactivity, and the ability to make quick decisions.
