An investment holding company specializing in managing assets across key sectors such as commercial real estate, development, and agriculture. The company is expanding its commercial real estate and development projects. As a result of portfolio growth and an increasing number of projects, the position of Deputy CEO for the management company of a Closed-End Mutual Investment Fund (ZPIF) has become available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the operational activities of the ZPIF management company with a strong focus on commercial real estate.
  • Managing commercial real estate assets, including developing strategies and participating in the execution of development investment projects.
  • Ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for the management company, including licensing and internal policies.
  • Collaborating closely with the CEO on managing commercial real estate and development projects.
  • Participating in the Board of Directors of a limited liability company (LLC) within the group. Experience in a board role is considered an advantage.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for the fund, including interactions with regulatory authorities.
  • Evaluating and analyzing potential investment projects and proposing strategies to increase asset profitability.
  • Leading a team of professionals (financial analysts, lawyers, controllers) to achieve the companys strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, management, or law.
  • 6-8 years of experience managing ZPIF assets, with a focus on commercial real estate.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for managing closed-end funds, along with the necessary licenses for a management company.
  • Experience in development is an advantage.
  • Strong strategic planning and investment project analysis skills, including knowledge of financial flow management and cost optimization.
  • Experience in a regulated environment and dealing with regulatory authorities.
  • Leadership qualities, team management experience, and strong negotiation skills.
