Director for three distinct for LLCs based in Hong Kong / Part time

We are looking for a distinguished professional to fill the role of Director for three distinct Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) based in Hong Kong, each with foreign investments.

These LLCs are primarily involved in holding company operations, managing assets located outside of Hong Kong.

The successful applicant will chiefly oversee the execution of various official documents.

This role is designed as a part-time opportunity, affording significant flexibility, thereby allowing the individual to pursue additional projects concurrently.

Key Qualifications:

• A robust educational background, evidenced by a university degree.
• A substantial professional history, with at least 10 years of experience in fields such as business, consulting, or the administration of companies.
• A requirement for exclusivity: the applicant must not currently serve as a director in any other company.
