Maternity RN (NICU, L&D, Obstetrics)

Prosperity Workforce Solutions is in need of Registered Nurses for travel contracts in BC to support maternity wards including the NICU, L&D and Obstetrics.

Dates: ASAP – August (high possibility to extend)

Location: Trail, Vernon, Kamloops, Fort St John, Kitimat, Prince Rupert, Quesnel and more

Pay Rate: $60-65/hour incorporated/sole proprietor

Schedule: Days + nights rotating from 07:30 to 19:30, 19:30 to 07:30

The Registered Nurse:

Practices in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of client care

Works in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Ensures the delivery of client–centered care by assisting individual clients and their families respond to changing health care needs

Demonstrates a specialized body of knowledge and bases practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities

Must Have:

- 2 years of experience within the relevant unit (L&D, NICU, Obs)

- Active BCCNM registration for 2026/2027

- NRP Certification

- BLS Certification

- Perinatal Certification (nice to have)
