Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment

• Rapidly assess and triage patients according to condition and severity

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create and implement care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately

• Educate patients and families about treatments, follow-up care, and discharge instructions

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Active and in-good-standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nova Scotia

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ER) nursing experience

• Current BLS certification (ACLS and PALS may be required)

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Flexible availability and willingness to travel
