Job Description

  • Leads merger and acquisition advisory activities.
  • Serves as an integral leader across all of the firm's M&A advisory activities, responsible for the integrity of valuation analyses and M&A models developed in concert with Financial Analysts and Associates.
  • Actively contributes during every phase of the deal process and is encouraged to take on a high level of responsibility on transaction teams.
  • Oversees development of both initial pitch materials and descriptive memoranda; expected to actively lead drafting sessions and due diligence meetings, as well as conversations with clients and counterparties.
  • Encouraged to begin participating in new business development.

Work Experience: Typically requires a university/college degree; a Master's degree, PhD, or relevant certification is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
