Our client, an elite boutique investment bank, is seeking to add an experienced VP 1-2 to join their Healthcare M&A team. The role will be based in NYC. The role needs to be filled ASAP. 

Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of investment banking experience
  • Proven track record of successful deal execution and client management
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and financial advisory services for healthcare clients
  • Drive complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering their professional growth
  • Conduct in-depth industry and company analyses to support strategic recommendations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging a robust network within the healthcare industry
  • Contribute to the firm's thought leadership through industry publications, conference presentations, and client seminars
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Stay at the forefront of healthcare industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes
  • Play a key role in business development initiatives and pitch presentations
  • Actively participate in the firm's recruitment and training programs
