Job Description
Experienced Associates in the Industrials Group play a key role in transaction execution and day-to-day deal management. You will work primarily on M&A sell-side transactions with meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to take ownership of core analytical and process workstreams from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial information
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring frameworks
- Support due diligence processes and help coordinate transaction execution teams
- Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials
- Contribute to new business development initiatives, including pitch materials and client research
- Maintain active communication with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
- Mentor and supervise Analysts while ensuring high-quality analytical output
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant investment banking experience, or MBA graduates with prior finance-related experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies, and applied financial theory
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within deal teams and interact with senior stakeholders
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in building long-term client relationships
- Academic or professional training in finance, accounting, or related disciplines strongly preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Our client is committed to providing an exciting career opportunity and a competitive total compensation package, which may include additional components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
- Base Salary: $175,000–$225,000
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, and the location where the position may be filled.
