Our client, a reputable physiotherapy clinic in Australia, is seeking a Healthcare Insurance Coordinator to join their team. Experience in managing healthcare insurance is required. Experience with NDIS is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with health insurance queries, including coverage, claims, and reimbursements.
- Liaise with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
- Maintain accurate client records and insurance documentation.
- Support the clinic team with administrative tasks related to patient appointments and billing.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare insurance policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients understand their insurance options and entitlements.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing healthcare insurance in a clinical or medical setting is required.
- Experience with NDIS processes is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently.
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare insurance systems and procedures.
