Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with health insurance queries, including coverage, claims, and reimbursements.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
  • Maintain accurate client records and insurance documentation.
  • Support the clinic team with administrative tasks related to patient appointments and billing.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare insurance policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients understand their insurance options and entitlements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing healthcare insurance in a clinical or medical setting is required.
  • Experience with NDIS processes is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Australian healthcare insurance systems and procedures.
