ProSource is hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Support Virtual Assistant. This is a key role designed to streamline loan application processes, manage client and lender communications, and provide crucial administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries promptly and professionally
Schedule and manage appointments between clients and the broker
Organise and maintain accurate client files and documentation
Assist in loan application preparation: document collection, timeline tracking, and follow-ups
Enter and maintain data in CRM systems and lender portals
Monitor and report on loan application progress
Optional: Support client marketing activities such as newsletters and social media content
General administrative tasks as required to support day-to-day operations
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role dealing with loan or credit applications (required)
Strong organisational skills and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar preferred)
Ability to work independently, manage confidential information, and perform under pressure
Reliable, self-motivated, and professional remote work ethic
