About the Role
We are looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to assist real estate professionals with administrative tasks, client communication, and transaction coordination. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to supporting real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property listings, update databases, and handle documentation
Communicate with clients, buyers, and sellers via email and phone
Schedule property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups
Assist with CRM management and lead generation

What We’re Looking For
Experience in real estate administration or a similar support role
