In this role, you will be responsible for managing detailed itineraries, handling bookings, and delivering first-class service across a wide range of client travel needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage custom travel itineraries using Travefy
- Book flights, accommodations, and services using the Sabre GDS system
- Utilise Tourplan for reservations, pricing, and operations support
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide expert travel advice and tailored recommendations
- Monitor bookings and manage any changes or disruptions efficiently
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and travel plans
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure service quality
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a travel consultant or customer service role within the travel industry
- Proficient in or experienced with:
- Travefy
- Sabre
- Tourplan
- Strong knowledge of both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
