About the Role:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing leads through various channels. You'll work closely with sales and marketing teams to build strong prospect lists and help drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and other tools

  • Initiate contact with leads via email, phone, and social media

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities

  • Assist with creating lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or a similar role

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
