Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with strong experience supporting CEOs or senior executives. This role requires someone who can manage complex schedules, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and provide seamless support to ensure the executive’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Calendar Management: Oversee the executive’s schedule, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and deadlines are met.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the first point of contact, managing correspondence, preparing responses, and maintaining clear communication across teams and external partners.
- Meeting & Event Support: Organise and prepare for meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, note-taking, and action follow-ups.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and related logistics as required.
- Document & Information Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Project & Task Support: Assist in monitoring projects, tracking progress, and following up on deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Operational Support: Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and anticipate the executive’s needs.
Your Profile
- Experience: More than 3 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting CEOs or senior leaders.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent Communicator: Professional verbal and written communication skills with confidence in liaising at all levels.
- Proactive & Resourceful: Able to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and work with minimal supervision.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling tools, productivity software, and collaboration platforms.
- Discrete & Trustworthy: Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
