Your tasks:

• You are the first point of contact when it comes to identifying, planning and implementing new IT tools, processes or applications (e.g. apps, dashboards or end devices)
• Through continuous exchange with your departments, you will find out where new technical solutions and approaches are needed
• Derived from our digital and technology strategy, you will define IT fields of action and work out development needs for innovative, IT-supported business development and implement (sub-) projects and programs within this framework
• In doing so, you will effectively contribute your IT expertise to various tendering and commissioning projects and provide advice to all stakeholders involved
• You ensure cost-effective and high-quality inventory management for end devices within the regional area and always keep an eye on IT governance requirements and internal group guidelines in your projects
• You will represent the interests within the region in various committees and ensure the exchange with the head office
• You will lead a small team of working students

Your profile:

• The basis of your career is a successfully completed IT-related (technical) university degree or you have a comparable education with a corresponding IT affinity and professional experience
• You have already gained experience with the introduction and implementation of IT-supported applications, procedures and/or processes
• You are familiar with guidelines and specifications in IT system management within comparable corporate structures and you know which IT governance requirements must be taken into account (e.g. critical infrastructures)
• You have extensive knowledge of (agile) IT (partial) project management or IT requirements management, so you are no strangers to JIRA or Confluence
• In addition to your very good MS Office skills, you ideally have experience with QlikSense or another BI application
• You are passionate about digitization topics and manage to inspire those around you for them as well
• With your strong communication skills and very good empathy, you are able to make even complicated issues understandable to a wide audience
