• Strong web development skills including HTML/CSS, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience in integrating and building front-end components.
• Thorough understanding of software design patterns and how to structure larger web applications.
• Proficient in testing (unit, e2e, integration).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Flexibility and result-oriented performance.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in an agile/dynamic environment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
• Nice-to-have qualifications: Experience building hybrid or native mobile apps using Capacitor and React Native.
