Your Role

• Guide multi-disciplinary project teams throughout ZEISS to design, build and maintain best in class software products in a modern, Azure- and web-based tech environment, build around MACH principles
• Clarify and break down requirements into sustainable software system architectures, building upon your experience, our existing technology stack, design principles and the products and technologies currently in use by our internal customers
• Coach and lead teams of fellow software developers to build maintainable, modern software systems, and derive implementation blueprints for repeatable use
• Advocate for the adoption of ZEISS standard solutions, enable teams to leverage these to be successful, and contribute back to advancing our internal tech standards

Ihr Profil

• >3 years of experience in a similar role, designing software systems and driving the implementation of sustainable architecture
• >3 years of hands-on software development experience in a web technology environment, preferably using common Open Source frameworks (Angular/React) and Microsoft technologies and products (such as .NET, C#)
• Excellent understanding of internet and web technology, preferably with knowledge in a major cloud stack and relevant design patterns
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, international environment that continuously challenges you to extend your skills and knowledge
• Track-record of building modern web applications in multi-disciplinary teams, experience with common frontend and backend technology
