ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
The Client Services Department consists of strategic leaders & agency guardians that understand the business goals of their clients & the Agency. They constantly build new ways to solve problems & identify opportunities that would create solutions that would matter to their brands & its consumer.
The Account Directors strengths are on these fundamental aspects:

Business Unit Strategy Development & Execution Management
- Contribute in the development of the business units strategy in delivering brand growth, agency-revenue, talent-development, and resource management. This strategy is aligned, and enhances the agency-wide strategy set-forth by the Executive Committee;
- Responsible in overseeing the quality-delivery of said strategies through planned tactics via the resources in budget for the year.
- Responsible in delivering the Business Units revenue targets and co-creating & tracking of all BU cost proposals & budgets;
- Lead in spotting emerging technologies / platforms / behavior / modes of communication that would provide strategic digital solutions that the brand should/must be in and for potential rollout to Agency in creating new product offerings.
Per Brand:
- Responsible in developing the growth-plan on a per-brand level, and in collaboration with the Brand Owners and their respective business priorities for the short, mid and long-term.
- Responsible in operationalizing the strategic and tactical plans and managing the resources talent and others available in the operations successful delivery;
- Responsible in optimizing process, and co-authoring processes from emerging services or new dynamics for the brand.
- Responsible in identifying key partners needed for the success of the brands strategy and/or tactical plans
- Together with the Strategic Planner, lead in the development of strategic communications plan for clients via a deep understanding of clients business and consumer digital challenges & opportunities, thus providing targeted and actionable insights & solutions between clients and Agency.
- Lead in developing sound framework & clear presentation to effectively showcase the Agency's output, and effectively present to corresponding audiences.
Stakeholder Management
- Responsible in representing Propel Manilas management in making sure talents understand the agency's strategic objectives, in executing business strategies and tactics, policies and regulations, Culture programs, and delivery of financial targets;
- Together with the Culture & HR department, responsible in representing the Talents voice during management meetings including career roadmaps, issues and/or suggestions or opportunities in accordance to the agency-wides direction and strategy in developing its talents through its Culture & HR programs.
- Build and develop client relationships, maintaining and enriching connections with clients key divisions.

- Responsible in making the team and colleagues embrace and live by the culture of the agency -- what we believe in, what we stand for, and how we do things.
- Be the ambassador of the agency culture by living it every day in the agency.
