The Social Department consists of strategic talents & agency guardians that utilize data driven marketing insights to optimize brand performance and campaigns. They constantly build new ways to solve problems & identify opportunities that would create solutions that would matter to their brands & its consumer.

Business Development Performance Marketing Strategy

  • Project Management: Serve as point person in project and account management on all media accounts of the Social Business Unit

  • New Business Prospecting: Together with the Social Director, Associate Media Director, and 

    other verticals, create value by providing strategic recommendations in solving the media and performance

    objective of the brief; and supporting the bid or pitch team in finalizing the proposal.

  • Organic Business Growth: Together with the business-owners of the account, create value by providing strategic recommendations in solving the media and performance objective of the brief, and supporting the team in creating initiatives that may grow the brands business objective, and in effect grow the billing

    of the brand for the firm;

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Co-author the agencys unique POV on performance marketing in

    collaboration with the Social Director and Associate Media Director

  • Thought Leadership: Represent the Agencys point of view in the talents field of expertise via 

    external and internal thought leadership programs.

    Business Unit Execution Management.

  • Contribute in the development of the business units strategy in delivering brand growth, agency-revenue, people-development, and resource management. This strategy is aligned, and enhances the agency-wide strategy set-forth by the Executive Committee;

  • Contribute in delivering the Business Units revenue targets;

  • Be able to spot emerging technologies / platforms / behavior / modes of communication that 

    would provide strategic digital solutions that the brand should/must be in and for potential rollout to Agency in creating new product offerings.

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Responsible in representing Propel Manilas management in making sure talents understand the agencys strategic objectives, in executing business strategies and tactics, policies and regulations, Culture programs, and delivery of financial targets;

  • Co-Lead in developing client relationships, maintaining and enriching connections with clients key divisions
