This role is for someone who has actually managed paid advertising accounts, not just boosted posts or followed instructions.

What you will be doing

  • Planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google
  • Handling campaigns end to end, from setup to optimization and scaling
  • Managing Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Monitoring performance daily and making data-driven optimizations
  • Testing creatives, audiences, and messaging across platforms
  • Managing multiple ad accounts and campaigns at the same time
  • Working closely with internal teams to align paid ads with overall messaging, positioning, and funnel strategy
  • Translating performance data and audience insights into clear direction for creatives and copy
  • Taking ownership of performance and outcomes

What we are looking for

  • Two or more years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance data
  • Comfortable managing campaigns independently without constant oversight
  • Tech savvy and confident with ad platforms, dashboards, and analytics
  • Able to multitask and prioritize across multiple campaigns
  • Clear written communication and reporting skills
  • Results-focused mindset

Role expectations

  • This is a part-time role initially, with the potential to expand based on performance
  • This is an in-house position. Agencies and outsourcing firms should not apply
  • This is a performance-driven role
  • You will oversee campaigns from start to finish
  • Working hours will follow Eastern Standard Time
