This role is for someone who understands current content trends and knows how to turn ideas into strong visuals and videos. The role requires a modern design approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

What you will be doing

  • Creating original content ideas for Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Designing static posts, carousels, and short-form videos, including Reels
  • Editing videos for social media and digital use
  • Planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms
  • Designing visuals and content assets for website and marketing needs
  • Researching trends, formats, competitors, and content styles on an ongoing basis
  • Using AI tools effectively for ideation, research, prompt writing, and execution
  • Building and maintaining a strong brand presence for a remote company
  • Working closely with internal teams to align content with messaging and goals
  • Taking ownership of content quality, consistency, and relevance

What we are looking for

  • One or more years of hands-on experience in social and digital content creation
  • Strong understanding of current Instagram and LinkedIn trends, especially short-form video
  • Proven ability to design and edit high-quality, modern content
  • Comfortable using tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and CapCut
  • Actively researches what is working on social platforms and adapts quickly
  • Knows how to use AI tools properly and write effective prompts to improve output
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and not working in isolation
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable

Role expectations

  • This is an in-house role for a remote company
  • Agencies and outsourcing firms should not apply
  • You will handle content from idea to execution
  • Working hours will follow Eastern Standard Time
